Ingredients
  • 3/4cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2large eggs
  • 3/4cup white sugar
  • 3/4cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 1/2cups flour
  • 3/4tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1heaping cup chocolate chip chunks
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375*F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together coconut oil, vanilla, eggs, and sugars.
  3. Add in flour, salt, and baking soda and stir until smooth.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Use parchment paper to line a large baking sheet. Spoon dough onto pan, forming into a ball, leaving ~2″ between each ball.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly browned on the bottom. Cool on a wire rack.
